It is such a beautiful thing reading the Agile Manifesto which states that, "We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it." One thing that makes what we do unique is that we help individuals, teams, and organizations to solve complex problems. The application of Scrum spans across many factions of life, be it in software development, politics, banking, government, even in education (no wonder we have what is called "eduScrum").
